This is Jose’s Newsletter, a newsletter about facilitation.
My name is Jose Manuel Redondo Lopera and over the last 20 years I have been working internationally as a facilitator and change catalyst, in other words “the guy that sparks the change, makes it stick and spread it over the organisation”, by aligning business and people needs by winning hearts and minds.
My degrees in Organizational Psychology, Marketing, Coaching, together with an MBA combined with my serial entrepreneurial mindset and experience, and my career from corporate to startups gives me an understanding of both the hard and soft dimensions in business, and how they are connected and related.
During all these years I have gain some deep and extensive knowledge about the facilitation and change business, that I intend to share here every Friday, if you let me ;-)
