🙋♂️ Caveat) I do not understand why people always complain about things being complicated and difficult. That is how life actually is and that is the main reason people both get a job and get paid for: to solve difficult problems. So... do your job!
If the problems were easy, they would have already been solved and you might be without a job. So please, do not complain, accept the rules of the game, suck it up and raise up to the challenge 💪

Growth mindset ✅ “We have not done those things before here, but since we are in this situation and whatever we did before did not actually work, we should try something different and see if it helps / works ”
Fixed mindset ⛔ “We have already tried this thing before and it did not work, so why bother now”
Growth mindset ✅ “We tried this approach before, but I realize that the context, the timing, the people, the alignment, the circumstances, the resources, the strategy, the culture…. everything was different then, and now is another completely situation where we could actually have a real change to succeed. Let’s try it this time and see what happens”

Growth mindset ✅ “In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice, in practice THERE IS”
Fixed mindset ⛔ “We have too many choices and we do not know where to start / what to choose”
Growth mindset ✅ “Since we have lots of choices, all look good and we can not make our minds on which one to choose, it actually does not really matter which one we choose. So let’s pick the easiest one so we create momentum, gain experience and learn along the way”
