This is really good. Clients tend not to consider the hours to design and just take into account the hours you're facilitating.

And as we know, a good workshop lies in the preparation and design, leading to an awesome experience.

Also important to be aware of the time spent in sales / closing the workshop deal.

It is a very important part of the costs

I know...t his is unfortunately a common mistake that lots of people make: the price themselves is too cheap, taking into account the amount of time it takes to sell and prepare a workshop.

Even for a 1/2 workshop the amount of work before and after, is roughly the same.
