When we bring people together in ways that feel human and alive, clarity seems to emerge on its own. It’s amazing how quickly the room changes when the state of mind shifts, and suddenly collaboration feels lighter and thinking flows.
I think this is what is increasingly missing in our 'workplaces', our world is fast-paced and distracted. We spend less time together and the quality of that time seems diminished. Time to connect and engage, in a refreshed and exploratory way, is like a tonic bringing vitality back into the space. We so often think there is a magic fix, but really, the wisdom is in the crowd that's been selected for the 'job'.
