10 daily things to should do in order to have a happy life
10 intentional and conscious daily things to should do in order to take care and have a good physical and mental health, and a good quality of life (aka happiness 🤩 )
30 minutes of physical exercise to just move and activate our body: walking, running, cycling... enough to have your heart beating faster and make you sweat a little.
Eat plenty of healthy and non processed food (fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts...) and hydrate (drink water) along the day.
Get a good night quality sleep (7-8 hours each night) so you can be rested, recharged and energised for the next day.
Rest, disconnect and do absolutely nothing like going for an easy walk, meditate, seat in a coffee place and watch people and life goes by, do mindfulness.... so you turn your brain off and recharge it.
Do something with family / friends: meet people old like old friends and new acquaintances, call by phone / video conference, volunteer, play with your kids, go to a date with your loved one... or plan to do something social in the coming future.
Do something useful, productive and "mature": work, make food, wash clothes, take out the trash, pick up the kids from school, pay your taxes... is not something fun and glamorous, but it has to be done anyway and anyhow.
Do something you really enjoy and like doing, like a hobby or interest that gives you joy and energy, and / or treat yourself with something nice: drawing, taking photos, watching movies on Netflix, going to the movies, painting pictures, origami, playing video games, listening to music, playing the guitar, playing with your children...
Learn something new and /or inspiring: read a book, listen to podcasts, watch videos on YouTube, take an offline/online course, go to museums, go to a seminar, a meetup...
Write a journal (https://bulletjournal.com/) to reflect, be more aware, visualise and plan the day, learn from the day, and have intentionality, meaning and purpose in all you do
Have alone time (ME-time) with yourself in solitude with no one around.

Declutter your life and throw or give away something you own but you do not use, or does not fit or serve you anymore (material things, time, values, identities, beliefs, people, thoughts...). Free up time, space, attention, mental bandwidth, resources.... and make place for the things that really matter.
