nailed it. action before sense-making is our default. teams rushing to 'solutions' when they haven't even understood what's actually happening. the gap between talking and truly making sense together is huge.

Exactly this. We mistake movement for progress and conversation for sense-making.

Slowing down enough to see what’s actually going on together is uncomfortable, but it’s where better action comes from. Otherwise we just keep solving the wrong problem, faster.
