Mastermind programs
I host and run 2 small, exclusive and top level mastermind cohort programs: one for “Design Leaders” looking to become good leaders and executives, and not only managers, and another for “Facilitators” looking to level up their facilitator skills, career and business, with only 10 talented people per mastermind program.
Success is hard, you feel alone and misunderstood by both your managers, peers and fellow colleagues, and often it feels like you won’t reach your destination. To get to the levels of functioning you seek, you need knowledge, support and the right network.
